What you get
Pay above NJC scale
We publish our pay bands internally. New hires start at or above them.
Real training budget
£1,200 per head per year, ring-fenced. Use it on CPD, CSCS upgrades, or evening classes.
Boot, jacket, the lot
Full PPE refreshed annually. We don't ask the lads to buy their own gear.
Family-friendly rota
We try not to schedule weekend work unless the programme genuinely requires it. When we do, you get paid for it properly.
